- Physio /Trainers /Regular rostered Umpires
A South Australian Department of Human Services provides a Child Safety Screening is free for all hockey community volunteers from 1 November 2018
Personnel working directly with vulnerable groups such as children must have a screening completed. Hockey SA is able to conduct this assessment via the SA Department of Human Services screening for Child Safety or other exempting documentation (eg Teacher Registration Board), which results in a Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI) certificate.

Your Department of Human Services will then send you a link, login and password. Follow the prompts and complete all online and submit. You will then be sent two more emails over the next few days. One to say your application is under “record review and evaluation” and the last one to confirm you have been “CLEARED”.
